SOLUTION
Integration of Robovoice platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Asterisk PBX. Due to integration with segmented lists of customer profiles and the block “policy renewal”, an application for policy renewal, including those with change in terms, is submitted to CRM without human involvement. Voice campaigns for insurance products cross-selling are based on CRM data on the forecast of customer needs and are proceeded according to the triggers set in the system.
