In a major Event agency specializing in running industry conferences and forums, the objective was to update the vast database accumulated over a 15-year period of vigorous activity. Also, the objective was to automate the process of reminding participants of an upcoming event and confirming their intention to take part. At the time of the appeal, the task was solved by the internal company’s call center on an irregular basis.
SOLUTION
Robovoice implementation and integration with Creatio from Terrasoft made it possible to promptly configure the necessary script and start updating on the basis of more than 200,000 contacts. Updated data is automatically loaded to the CRM system and added to dynamic lists for each industry, which allows you to create campaigns in a matter of seconds and invite audience to events. The reminder process runs automatically, and it can significantly increase the attendance at the events. Currently, the agency uses a voice robot, including for inviting customers to events.
