At the time of the appeal, a major online store of electronics and household appliances accumulated a vast customer database which included those who had not made repeat purchases for more than 3 years. The objective included the database reactivation and re-lead generation. They tried to solve the problem by means of SMS and email campaigns, but these channels showed extremely low conversion. Current order confirmation was carried out by internal call center employees - more than 20 operators on the staff. At the time of peak traffic (pre-holiday days, sales, etc.), the percentage of lost orders reached 19% due to the inability to contact the customer on time.
SOLUTION
The Robovoice system is implemented in the campaign business processes and integrated with the ERP system. A massive voice campaign was launched to update the contact database and offer an additional discount to the customer for a limited period of time. After the database elaboration, a voice campaign was introduced into the business process as an automatic action for all customers who had not been active for more than 6 months. The order confirmation process through a voice bot has also been implemented. Currently, the robot operator processes more than 85% of the online store orders.
